If customer visits 3-4 times and asks to make changes in quotation; all this history will be maintained in separate versions of quotations. And the customer follow-up module is designed in such a way that you can trace out the follow up of customers with ease.
BHMS provides auto generated customer bills after confirming the quotation. (Ready for GST). With BHMS you can track all paid and unpaid bill amounts by customers with all details. Here you can also provide split bill (detailed bill) to customer if required. For example, catering charges, decoration charges, hall charges, if meal style is 'Pangat' then extra added charges for that. (If required).
With BHMS you can create customized menus (different platters) and live counter packages (for chat, snacks etc) as per the requirement. With this customized menu you can keep track of the menu exactly going to be served on planned time. Once finalizing the menu, you can generate a kitchen menu.
Event booking calendar is provided to view the availability of the banquet hall on a particular date and session (time).
